Probably be Juan Pablo Montoya because he has the best pedigree out of all the rookies. He should have a good year and should definitely finish in the top 20 in points.

Its a toss up between Montoya and Menard. I'm going with Montoya because he has to run well so that *** Shumacher will shut his mouth. Also Menard is running in the old 15 car, other than the superspeedways what did that car do, NOTHING. He has a cursed car. Thats all i have to say about that.:)

Paul Menard will edge out Juan Pablo for ROTY.

Here is the ROTY finishing order:
1. Menard
2. Montoya
3. Ragan
4. Reutimann
5. Allmendinger

I am going to narrow it down to 2 possible candidates for Rookie of the Year

1 - Juan Pablo Montoya - He has done a lot of Chip Ganassi and I think that Texaco Dodge is going to visit Victory Lane sometime in 2007

2 - David Reutimann - He has done great in the Truck Series and that could spill over into the Nextel Cup Series and given that Toyota is coming in and has success in the Truck Series, he is going to visit Victory Lane sometime in 2007

If you had to pin me on 1 Slight Edge to Montoya

The R.O.T.Y. was created to make some greenhorn think he did something good and make him feel accepted. It means nothing and is a waste of time and energy,it should be scrapped along with the policy of allowing wenches out on the track.
