In general ... short hair is so attractive ... like Sharon stone and Halle berry....

Having been all different shades of blond myself, i think it looks great at any length but always best highlighted with extra blond streaks as opposed to an all over sandy sort of blond. Even natural blonds look better with highlights. I also think that it's all about having the latest cut. If you've got a great cut, even the most bland colour hair looks good.

It depends on the facial features of the person. Also, you need a hairstyle you feel good with. If you feel good you will have more self confidence and look better.

It also depends on how much product you use in your hair. If you use alot of colour and styling products keep it short or shoulder lenght.
