Have your mom try applying lotion to her face at least 2 times a day. Something that will moisturize.

Forget all the lotions and creams. Those are doing more harm than good. If she smokes, that's very likely the cause of the wrinkles and even the looseness. Forget all the gimmics, fancy packaging and false claims. Get back to basics.

She should wash her face a couple times a day with an oldie but goody - ivory soap. Rinse with a solution of 50% apple cider vinegar and 50% warm water - and only rinse by splashing it on the face. Then pat dry with a soft towel. No rubbing!

To work on the problem from the inside, she should consume at least a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar daily. She can add it to her juice, steam it with some honey and take it as a tonic or take a tablespoon in the morning as part of an overall health remedy.

She won't see results overnight, but with a continued effort, this is the best way to care for her face - and any other health conditions she may or may not know about.

32 is pretty young, is she by chance a smoker? That will wrinkle a person's face far faster than anything else.Is she losing lots of weight very rapidly?
High quality moisturizer is critical, she needs to not give up on that, and obviously stay out of the sun.If she's spent a lifetime in the great out-of-doors, this would also be about the time it catches up with her.
Lancome, Clinique, & Estee Lauder are department store brands that are excellent moisturizers. They offer your money back if you are not happy with their products, last time I checked.
Don't use vitamin E around the eye area, it makes it worse in the long run.Vitamin E, A, C, and Omega 3,6,and 9 oils are extremely helpful for overall health-both for the skin and the entire body. A good health food store will likely have employees who will be able to help you choose these things wisely & at optimal doses, along with top notch moisturizers available there. The RDA amounts in drugstore vitamins are not sufficient, so don't go by that. Those are simply minimums to avoid diseases like scurvy, etc.
A good dermatologist would be a wise choice, but don't get into all the chemical creams & injections, in the end they are most harsh.

Wrinkling is largely hereditary, so if her Mom wrinkled early, she will likely do the same.
Drinking 2 litres water each day, along with 5 servings of fresh produce & plenty of protein are crucial-the body uses these raw materials as the building blocks for collagen & elastin-the skin's own supply of firmness
The supplements MSM, Glucosamine, & Chondroitin also help to form collagen & elastin.
Hope this helps you some, you are kind to inquire for her.

Your mother condition may well,be genetic and no amount of cremes or lotions are going to make any difference to her appearance. Even Botox has its limitations.
My suggestion is to get a referral to a dermatologist to investigate her skin type and condition. The perhaps discuss the options of surgery to control the sag and removal of the wrinkles.
In no way submit to any laser therapy to remove wrinkles. There have been so many charlatans that have caused burning and scars that are not repairable to women's faces. Get professional advice, even forums such as this are not the answer to you mothers problem.

Does she smoke or is she around people who smoke? Cigarette smoke is horrible for skin and no beauty product will help that. Also, does she stay out of the sun and wear a moisturizer with a sun screen (SPF 15 or higher) everyday, even when cloudy? Sun and smoke are two HUGE cause of skin damage. I would have her go see a dermatologist and see what they recommend.
