Fatty, cold foods cause overweight which is not good for health.
Spicy foods cause acidity and overeating due to stimulation. Ultimately ulcers, overweight and constipation with gas trouble, body pains are their results.
Exercise daily and balanced diet including sprouts, fruits, vegitables, salads and milk help keeping good health.
Never eat without hunger.
