Sex -melatonin-or one or the other or both or drink some milk. After sex you may be late for work. Too late now to take melatonin. My nerves won't settle down and tonight the melatonin won't even work but i am going to sleep in a while and better not be disturbed-I may hibernate. I wish i could for about six months like a bear. Then wake up and find a nice companion near by to go out to eat with and stuff. LoL this is the health section-i forgot-oh well i guess that can be healthy.

Avoid taking caffeine and sugar a few hours before your bed time, don't nap during the day and try to keep on a sleep schedule. See a Doctor if those don't work they may recommend a sleep aid for ya

Try drinking warm milk with less or no sugar .And read somthing boring or just close your eyes meditate on God and pray for a better sleeping pattern. If every thing fails the prayer will definately help and i'll also pray for you .GOOD NIGHT !

for one thing you could get off the computer for starters....you should never be on this late at night...and make sure you arent taking any naps during the day. And try to develop a sleep schedule for yourself....going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, even on the weekends.

Lactose in milk induces sleep in most people. But of course it also induces diarrhea in those who are lactose intolerant.
Sometimes what helps me is white noise. You can try turning on the radio very low, barely audible. Another thing to try also is to put on some audio book, usually the droning puts me to sleep right away!

Ummm...I sometimes use Tylenol PM. Or you could ask your doctor for a sleep aid like Lunesta. Or you couldjust do somethingtomake you sleepy like read, watch T.V., warm bath/shower, warm milk, listen to some relaxing music etc.

Read a good book, your eyes will get tired. But be warned, you might like what you're reading so much that you end up finishing the whole thing and still up for the night.
When you feel your eyes tiring from reading, go lie down.
