well i think you should do it.
if you dont know her that well it may come off weird"ish"

Simply that you're interested in getting to know her (since you don't really know her yet) and wish her a happy V-Day. Keep it light and sweet and get your important message across which is: I WANT TO GET TO KNOW YOU. Don't be too heavy and mushy, you'd scare her away.
