She had to cancel two other dates. She won't call me now, even though i left messages (none for two days). I'm just not feeling it anymore, I want a good breakup cuz she's a coworker and i'd still wanna be friends (or at least not have her hate me). How do i do this? what if she comes crawling back?

Doesn't sound like you need to break up because it doesn't sound like you had a relationship to break up from. If she is not returning your calls, it's hard to say if she will come crawling back. She could either be very busy, or trying to send you a message that she isn't "into you" anymore. Either way, I think if you do nothing, then things will fizzle out on their own. It's a touchy thing though, because you work with her. Good luck.
