She never bothered us before. She treated him like crap, he gave her the house and he pays child support for her demon- child whose not even his! She can't get pregnant for whatever reason and I'm 4 months along now and I guess this is the basis for her going crazy. I have never even met her and she is calling the cops saying we vandalize her ugly old van , driving by my work, texting Gavin pretending to be other girls to get him in trouble. It's real bad! We're in our thirties and I don't want to play this junior high game with her. Other than ignoring it which we're doing. Any other advice? She's not letting up. Going a little crazy. People are so bored I guess. Help! I know alot of you have been through the jealous ex thing. Enlighten me please.

sorry ur having a hard time and i know u may not want 2 here this but just keep ignoring here and be as happy in ur relationship as u can be, she'll get tired of playing this game alone especially if u show "NO" interest in what she's doing. i no it may seem as if it want end but it will if u feed into what she's doing then u can bet that it will continue because she knows that it's getting to u and that it may cause havoc in ur relationship and that's what she wants

Well for starters, you need to document everything she is doing. If she calls and makes threats or any kind, write down what she said. When she calls, keep a call log with the date and time of the call, and if she leaves a voicemail, don't delete it. If she is coming by the house, ask neighbors if they have seen her, and if so, would they be willing to write a statement saying what they have seen. I'm not real familiar with the law or anything, but it seems that you might be able to file a police report against her for malicious mischief or harrassment. You could call your police department, tell them what she is doing, and ask if any charges can be brought against HER. See, the thing that will stop her best is any kind of documentation you can get. You could get an anti-harassment court order. It's like a restraining order, except it doesn't request protection from harm - it seeks protection from harassment. If the child your boyfriend is paying support for is not his, can he demand a paternity test? If he has doubts the child is his, I believe he has the right to request such a test. If this woman is driving by your work, are there security cameras there which can prove it? If not, are there witnesses who can state what they saw? If she is texting your boyfriend and pretending to be someone else, does the cellphone indentify her phone number as the one doing the texting? Don't delete the text messages. Go to a notary public and have them transcribed and the notary sign with their seal that they witnessed this being done. You might want to check with a notary first to see if this is legally acceptable proof of documentation of these text messages. Courts won't look at messages on a phone - they want it on paper. These are all things that can be used to document what she is doing so that she can be stopped. She sounds like a pathetic woman. My heart goes out to you both. Good luck with this.

I’m someone that walked away from this situation and I’m happier for it. It got to the point where I had to say ‘enough was enough’. It’s no good for the kids involved either, they become poisoned, insecure, they don’t know where their loyalty should lie. I hate parents like you’ve described. I wish they’d just die to be honest but unfortunately everybody involved thinks their argument or side of things takes priority. The only thing you can try and do is see solicitor, try and arrange some intermediate neutral person to pick up the kids. She should have no dealings with you and thats your right if you are being harrassed

If she is calling the house write down the dates and times that she calls everyday, same on the cell phones, if she calls and leaves messages save them, Once you have over 10 within 2 days, call the police out to your home and tell them that you want to file a report for harassment, show the police officer the logged information, or caller i.d with her name and number on it, and let him listen to the saved voice mail. He will make a report and then that should shut her up for a min.

She's jealous and trying every trick in the book to cause you and your boyfriend problems. Just don't let her. Keep ignoring her and if it gets real bad, file a complaint against her. She's making herself look like a fool and she's going to end up getting herself in trouble if she doesn't stop. Hopefully when she sees she's not hurting your relationship, she'll finally give up and leave you alone.

My advice from personal experience in dealing with my ex-financee who I thought was going to kill me for leaving him, he stalked me for a year and a half.

Have a notebook and journalized everything she did.

You need to write down the date, the time, what you or your boyfriend said and what his ex-wife said. (and whoever else is there as a witness)
Have a new telephone number, DO NOT get rid of the old one because his ex-wife will figure it out
Don't let the child know about the new telephone number
You answer only the new telephone number, the object of your goal is no communication whatsoever- that is your boyfriend's problem
You need to be in a stress-free environment because you're pregnant and that stress will harm the fetus and his ex-wife knows it.

I'd say go to her and tell her if she doesn't stop you will call the cops for harrasment. She had no right to do this and she is breaking the law.

Make sure you are firm and make her believe that you are serious. If that doesn't work then get a lawyer and consult him on what you can do to get her to stop.

Oh and make sure you document everything she does to you or your boyfriend. It might help in case you do have to get a lawyer.

You could look into possible legal action to take against her to stop harassing you. Consult with a lawyer, maybe a restraining order. She sounds like she's more than a little nuts. Be careful, she may be more unstable than you think.

Just keep ignoring her...eventually she will get bored and move on! However, if she continues to harrass you and makeing you feel uncomfortable than you need to file a harrassment report on her...give her dose of her on medicine!!!
