i want to lost my tummy or get a six pack .im doing 15 min for jummping jack ,30minbiking,about 24 push up,44set ups.do i still need to do wieghs.

Jess-- is that a guy or a girl? How tall are you? How old are you?


I would need this info before I could give you a useful answer...

If you're a guy, 17 yrs old, 5'10"... I'd say go ahead and do weights (LOTS)- put some time into working everything... M/W/F do upper body stuff, T/Th/Sa- work lower body. Skip the jumping jacks and push-ups. The biking covers your aerobic (strengthening heart and lungs), and the sit-ups work the core.

On the other hand, if you're a woman, 35 yrs old, at 5'5"... Same as above, skip the (LOTS) part of the weights... and maybe the sit-ups. You need to build muscle, but merely as a means to increase your metabolism to help you bring your weight down.

you are on the right track. I suggest do not set goals just make things happen. Remember to also eat right like fruit vegies and plenty of filtered water and propel
