If she lives in San Francisco, she will know plenty of places to take you. Alcatraz, Nob Hill, Fisherman's Wharf, Telegraph Hill, Golden Gate Park, The Fillmore, the Museum of Modern Art, etc. Mount Diablo is a mountain about 60 miles east of the city that is over 5,000 feet tall, and has a wonderful view.
