Yes, I do hate blood tests. But I can train a tech to do their job correctly in one visit now.

Not really. Not something I look forward to with glee, either.
Don't watch when they do it and tell them if they do a good, relatively pain free job. It can't be fun having to poke people all day, especially screaming kids.

They aren't much different than getting shots. They never really bothered me.
