can person be sane after doing that?

That is a sizeable task and I think a person would already have to be unstable to even attempt it. Actually, the modern religions are dull and boring because they are based on the myths and folktales of illiterate semi-nomadic goat herders. For example – some people get lost in the desert and their god kills most of them (no doubt for being so stupid) – that’s a real page turner. Oh, and the New Testament – some itinerant do-gooder goes around doing some good deeds (and his tricks are pitiful compared to Penn & Teller) – boring.

Greek, Roman, and even Norse stories are much more interesting because the people who made them up were more intelligent and lived in more developed and complex social systems.

A person could not live long enough --as things are-- to do that!

It will soon be much easier to do so, however ...

I don't think it would be possible to do that even if you spent every second of you life in an attempt to do so. I would wonder if a sane person would even try to study every single religion that has existed...there are thousands.

well. I speak many languages, and I have studied all forms of Christianity. I have studied all forms of quranic utterances, and deciphered the "Vedas". I have studied all the various levels of Buddhism, and Visited many cults. I have studied all the expensive lessons of Scientology, and I am well instructed in the propia discordia. I have studied all forms of shamanism, and I also have come in contact with the satanic scientists. I have slept with many necromancers. I have discovered all the secrets of the world to discover that nobody really cares to learn them. So I guess you can call me insane for learning all that, and then trying to help all the people in the world. I would rather help those in the very ghetto that I live, since no one cares about us out here.

While I admit to studying a variety of religious beliefs, no I have not studied them all or all of their variations. And I can personally testify many of them will make you go insane.
