When I went to my doctor at Kaiser, I told her that I was feeling cold all the time. During the summer I was having cold sweats and I felt low on energy.
My doctor found that I was low on Iron and said I was anemic. She told me to go the the drug store and purchase Iron Fe tablets to keep my iron up. You know what she also told me to get? You would laugh, but she said to get prenatal vitamins as well. If your a male, then I would suggest that you purchase Centrum since it has just as much ingredients as the prenatal vitamins.
By God, they worked, and to this day I eat leafy greens and vegetables that have Iron. I try not to rely on meat too much for the subsititution because there is always injected hormones or whatnot in the meat.
I wish you the best of luck, and if I am not the chosen answer and a doctor happens to lend you advise not related to what I am describing to you, then I wish you the best of luck to your health.

Hi:
I've been known for this too. I usually like it a little warmer than most people around me, and I usually know if I'm hot, they are really hot.
You might try taking a few some stresstab type b vitamins, particularly those like b12 - normally that will make your capillaries expand to make you a little warmer. Also, try to do some execises specifically to increase your muscle mass and that may make you a little warmer too.
To sort of quickly warm up, do some squats if your knees can take it, and that usually would work for me, so it might for you - and done routinely, you'll have stronger and shapelier thighs.
I've also read that there are foods that normally keep you internally warmer - meat broth based soups and similar foods will do it.
Also, be sure to get enough iron and folic acid (another b vitamin) because those might help too.
I usually like it about 75 - if it's any cooler than that, or I'm in shade, I almost always need to have something covering my arms or else I'll feel cooler and uncomfortable. In the winter, I wear silk long underwear like all of the time, it isn't bulky or constricting at all and it really helps when your outside, and when your inside, you don't get overheated because it wicks away sweat to keep you comfortable. You might try some - you can get it from places like LandsEnd, Eddie Bauer, and LLBean.
I also really try to take a 2 mile walk several times a week - it keeps your legs well muscled, and is really a good overall execise.
For me, I just got used to people looking funny at me for wearing a warmup jacket or similar in the summer months. Hope this helps, and at least you know, you're not the only one!

Go to your doc-check your blood to see if you're anemic and check your thyroid function. Thinness, circulation can be a factor. Also if you're doing drugs you may feel either too hot or too cold so if you are -quit it! Otherwise don't be embarrassed just keep yourself comfy and warm. Take your vitamins vit c with iron but don't OD on too much vitamins just eat more green leafy veggies and fruits.

Oh sis I know exactly how it feels like. I raised the same question before, infact it was my first question here. I'm so sensitive to cold temperature and even if it's not cold for everybody else it is still for me. :( They said we need to get our hemoglobin checked but mine is normal. They also said we might have hyperthyroidism, I checked the other symptoms but none of them matches. So maybe it's just how we are :(

You should wear thermal undershirts they keep you warm.
You could also drink warm stuff like cocoa, tea, coffee and sleep with more blankets.
You might also want to look at getting better heating in your home or possibly moving to a warmer environment.

You could be anemic, One symptom, but not everyone has it, is a craving for "ICE." Eat more foods that contain iron or take iron supplements and see if it helps.

You have to move around like to some exercise like running playing sports that will warm you up and you could also drink something hot like hot chocolate coffee or whatever and also eat something hot.

It could be a multitude of things from Anemia(Low Iron), to skin conditions, to just being too damned skinny. (I'm skinny, and I am also cold alot) See a doctor just to be safe.
