I work overseas -- I do it to explore other cultures, see parts of the world I might not otherwise, and spend time in these places rather than just passing through. My education was related to international work. I think I would be bored stiff to work in one city the rest of my life.
It can be difficult and I have worked in some difficult countries but they've all be enjoyable. I've met many people from around the world.

Depending on what you're doing, you might be earning quite a bit more than the locals which means it will be easier for you to travel because things can't be too expensive since the locals don't earn that much and they have to be able to travel too. I earn about 4 times as much as my co-workers and I'm paid a lower salary as far as foreigners go. I do have job perks that make up for the salary discrepency, like 4 1/2 months paid vacation each year and a guaranteed raise. Living abroad I've been able to travel to so many places and buy most of the things I want. It doesn't translate to much at home (US), but I can travel pretty much anywhere I want if I budget it right. I've been to Korea twice in the last year and I'm going to Australia next month. I could never afford that at home.

people are crazy about working overseas because they are not satisfied with the work they have at home or may be they are tired of being in one place and they want to have some change and the last choice is that may be they heard some good news about overseas and want to try it

I did this when I was 17. It gave me an insight into other cultures and I got to meet heaps of new people from all over the world. I got to see a new country when I wasn't working, and it gave me extra spending money for when I travelled.

You can learn little about a country by visiting it for two weeks, I have been living in foreign countries for the last four years, and have had so many amazing experiences, I think that I know a lot more about myself from doing so
