Maybe it just brings her comfort to help her fall asleep. I don't think it's anything to be concerned about unless she is carrying it around everywhere she goes.

Yea, as a 20 year old girl...::odd info alert::...I still have my favorite stuffed animal from when I was born and a shred of my blanket, it has since deteriorated...next to my bed at college. Just a little reminder of home I guess. I could be just as odd as she is but I don't think so, I think it's pretty normal if it's really something you love ans cherish.

Hehe.. I'm almost 17, male, and I'm not ashamed that I still sleep with a teddy bear most of the times, hehe. It's not because I'm scared, I just like feeling something in my arms, especially since it was given to me by my girlfriend, so it reminds me of her. So, I kinda try and pretend it's her. Although, thankfully, she's not as furry as it is, haha. Anywho.. I think it's completely normal to stay around something you got when you were born. She may grow out of it, or may not. Either way, it's nothing to be concerned about.

OK, check this out...my cousin was still sucking her thumb when she was pregnant. How weird was that for me to see her sitting on the couch 8 mo. pregnant sucking her thumb? Disturbing. Your sis is only 13. Keep in mind...13 is a tough age. Everything is changing. Let her be and give her some time. I still pull out my blanky when I can't sleep and I'm 33. No one knows this....until now. I consider myself to be pretty normal.

I still sleep with my blanket when I was 5, and i am 20 right now. My grandmother made it for me and that thing is toasty warm, but if she carries it around with her everywhere, yes you got a problem

now, who put a yardstick in being normal? I guess, that's normal for her.. We have different conceptions about being "normal". For some, what is normal for us, may not be a normal thing for somebody.. ^^,

I guess your sister just like her blanket so much. People sometimes uses their favorite stuff more often. Is that blanket her favorite? If she feels comfortable with it, then, I say its just normal. :)

I think its kind of normal there a lot of people who sleep with objects from there childhood. For some reason it just makes them feel more safe at night. Or it could just be that it makes her remember of something positive she has gone through with that object.Don't worry it is very normal to do that especially at her age, she is still very young!!!

It is normal to sleep with one at any age. It's just a blanket she probably really enjoys. ^-^

I am 32 and I sleep with my Monchhichi Pillow Doll. What is the harm? Does it bother you? Normal or not, is she happy? That is the question.

It is normal

Look spongebob still wears the pants he did so many years ago...
Superman still wears the underwear on the out of his pants
He-man shivers in winters but remains half naked even today

Its really normal for cartoons... dont worry
