well my 8 year old son keeps kicking me in the crotch for no reason. it seems like he is fixated with it. why is he doing this? what should i do? should i kick him back a lot harder??

First sit down with him and explain that the area near the crotch hurts a lot for males and tell him nicely to stop it. His actions may just be because he's growing up and learning about his gentials, or maybe because he wants to know. If he does it again then you should spank him and send him to his room. If he does it again, spank him and take something away, like his toys or his clothes. A good punishment would make him live in his own house naked.

A good spanking is the answer as it is for all forms of disrespect that children show towards their parents - once children know who is in charge and what is acceptable behaviour (and what the consequences are for inappropriate behaviour) then the task of parenting can really begin and can be a pleasure not a pain!

Hi, using violence will not teach a child the correct behaviour. Hence, you should sit him down and find out the reason for his bad manners. Tell him it hurts Daddy and will hurt him if others do it to him. Patience and proper moral education is the way to lead them to the right path. Good luck!

OMG NO.
He has to learn some other way that this is so WRONG. He is doing this for a reaction.
He is set on getting any kind of reaction whether it's good or bad attention.
I'd send him to his room to avoid getting hurt and when he is calm you need to set some rules.

He enjoys to watch you in pain so he's not going to stop and if you don't stop him he'll start hurting other people because it's funny to him. I probably wouldn't kick him back but there's nothing wrong with an educational *** whipping.

What's your reaction when he does this? He's a curious 8 year old. You need to sit him down and set him straight. No need for physical abuse. If you kick him in the crotch, he'll think it's okay to hit someone once they hit him. You've gotta teach him right from wrong.

I really hope this is a joke. You're asking if you should kick your kid in the crotch. You're pathetic if you really think that's okay. I guess you have no idea how to properly discipline a child and you probably shouldn't even have kids. It will be interesting to see how this one turns out. I don't have high hopes.

I would firmly grip his arm and tell him that it hurts and not to do it anymore. Look him straight in the eye and let him know you are serious. If he does it one more time, I would make him feel it on his buttocks. I wouldn't kick him.
