Well i like hearts . So a girl wearing a heart i think is nice. PANTS past the butt is not good. Girl wearing a scarf is cool. GUY wearing eye liner? he must be on stage or he is a weird o a girl wearing too much perfume is looking 4 attention.

Depends on size if its a small necklace she is thoughtful, and would like to be thought of as innocent. If its huge and gaudy, most likely so is she.
He's a loser that has a loser mom, that should take the belt h's not weaing and whoop his bare butt with it or maybe hang herself for letting him look like a welfare ghetto brat.
If its a tasteful pastel or black she is tasteful herself. If it's a tacky boa type one that is bright and looks like it should be on a stripper, she probably thrives and craves attention even if its negative.
Either he's homosexual, or is a wanna be rock star, goth is a possibility too, but that just looks like they spent the day crying.
She's either naive to what is attractive, or she smoked a blunt and is trying to cover it up, or maybe she has BO or didn't wipe well.
