This guy and I were together for 2 yrs. and things are defintely falling apart. he doesn't respect me, he always thinks that i'm nagging him, when this loser aint payin any bills. Then he has the nerve to stay out until 3 and 4 in the morning, while his dog keeps me awake by making noise. how should I go about dumping him and putting him out?

I can kick him out whenever I want, he is not a tenant, I let him stay with me until he can get on his feet.

Very Easy, If the he has a cell phone and its in your name call him see where he's at, Then when u know hes lying, Disconnect that sucker, grab his crap and throw his junk and his dog out in the yard, ( or at least tie the dog to something so he doesnt get hurt), then change the locks and start from there. You don't need to ask strangers what to do, You already know what you should do and aleady are plotting to do.

Pack up his things and tell him that it's time to go. If you want to be nice, you can give him a week, but then he's only going to be good for a week to make you take him back. I say, pack up his things and let him figure out his next move. Good luck to you. Change your locks.

bring the dog to a friends house, pack his sh*t up, place it outside, and change the locks. if he's dangerous, call the police and explain that you need an officer to supervise the moving out time.

I would set a date for him to move out and stick to it. Just tell him that it's time for you to move on- that he needs to be out of your house by xx date and that if his stuff isn't gone by then that you'll be setting it outside for him to pick up and changing the locks.

try two weeks before rent day or on rent day.
tell him things arent working out and you dont want a room mate.
so he has to move out.
go as far as telling him you need to re group and think about your relationship with him and it would be best if he was out on his own or whatever, remember his shelter is not your problem, send him back to mama's.
whatever you do dont feel obligated to him......he is your bf not your husband or kid.

I know for a fact you cant just kick him out you have to give him notice. like parents cannot kick there children out without giving them a notice I know for a face its against the law and i believe the notice is like 30 days. it dont matter if he is a tenant or not. like i said kids are tenants when they live with there parents but yet they still have to give the kids notice before they kick them out.
