I lost my audio on my computer. I think I accidently deleted a program. I want to know if I can go back in?

in the history to a restore point, or if I have to download a new sound program. If so, then what is one compatible with Windows Media Player, that I can get for free? I have a Real Time Player also, but I don't like it much.

If system restore doesnt work, try reinstalling the drivers that are in the cd that came with your computer when u first purchased it.
