You should first decide if you really like him or not. If you do then go for it either way. You dont have anything to loose. Its better to know for sure then to always wonder. You may never get another chance. Put your self out there and then its his decision not yours.

I always trust my instincts. Because they are usually right. But your instincts are based on fact if you think about it. The fact that maybe you catch him looking at you when your looking away. The fact that he gets close to you. The fact that he calls you up just to say "hi". So actually facts are what cause your instincts.
