I tried connecting a regular antenna and I get one local HD channel, does that mean my tv has a built-in HD tuner?

If I get an HD antenna will I get more local HD channels?

HD signals are very sensitive to the direction of the antenna

If you have an HDTV and has an RF input, most probably it has an HD Tuner.
