Potatoes and eggs do the trick for me. I was in the Army and when ever I would over do it the previous night, I would always start the day w/ eggs & potatoes & plenty of juice. Felt great afterwards 90% of the time

The protein in it helps bring your blood sugar back up to normal. Alcohol causes your blood sugar to drop and if you don't eat something with protein before you go to bed your blood sugar is low in the morning.
