A holster, leather or nylon, is not a good place to store a gun particularly if it is blue steel. You are looking at holster wear and rust from moisture in both types.
Get a silicon 'gun sock' and store your blued pistol in that and in a gun safe or gun case.
Best.

If it is put in the holster and kept there until you clean it, then no. If you draw it from the holster often, then over time the gun will become scratched. I had a brand new Beretta 92 FS, (i know, bad choice, it was replaced by a SIG .40) and I was required to remove it from the holster often, entering the lock up and stuff like that. Within a few months it had scratches all over it. I used a nylon and plastic holster which is why it got scratched. You can avoid the scratches by using a soft leather holster though.

Actually, if it were a nylon holster you would be ok but you would still want to use a good anti-rust agent on the gun and check it periodically.
But I don't see why a gun would be kept holstered 99.9% of the time.
You could pull it off in leather but it would be a mess from the excess oil.

Yes it is. It will cause wear and rust on the gun. A blued gun or any gun for that matter, should be stored where air can circulate around it. I metal finish guns on a weekly basis and see alot of weapons that need reblued due to being left in a case or holster.

I don't know, but I got a .32 Llama from my father, that has been holstered since 1953.(removed about a dozen times, but never fired) It looks in new condition. I bought a .38 S&W and have had it holstered since 1974, and it too looks new.

The chemicals used to process leather are still present in the leather for many years later.
And it holds moisture from the air alone.
I for one never keep any weapon in any form of holster when not in use.
I have pistol cases for that purpose even when in my gun safe.
So I would say YES it is not good on any pistol carbon or stainless.

Not in the slightest. Well, not within reason.
If it got wet, of course, dry it.
Just use your brain and clean and re-oil it every now and then.
Parkerized and plastic handguns being common on the civilian market are a relatively modern thing. Up until then, ALL handguns were blued and ALL of them were kept in holsters. Even though they were, the vast majority of those old handguns are still in fine shape.
