They tried that in the Soviet Union also. Everybody lived happily ever after.

NOOOOO!!! If you are a Christian you believe in the one true God. Just because we are a minority that just proves that Satan is persecuting us. The founders of this country used God in alot of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Freedom of Religion is also included and just because u are not a Christian does not mean that Christianity should be taken out of politics. AND Jesus is God, the Holy Spirit...they are all one.

The 10 commandments are important in more than just Christianity. They started off in Judaism (any idiot would know that), then became important principles in both Christianity and Islam.
Our Constitution guarantees that the government will not inhibit the free exercise of religion.

Every country has its own religion and have prayer in their respective politics or government. Should we say, ceremony. For Christian countries they pray to God. For Christian countries, they should involve God in their politics. Other countries who do not believe in God, they are free to do what they want to do.

i finished interpreting midway; you maintain asserting you have been atheist =p i'm gay and spiritual, yet i do no longer carry on with the Bible to a tee; even the greenback bill says "In God We have faith", so faith regrettably performs a think approximately our usa. Freedom of religion might refer to the certainty which you may properly be an atheist and a gang of Christians won't come attack you with Bibles in user-friendly terms for that certainty.

I agree that the goverment should not adopt a specific religion, this would be dangerous. But this does not mean that we Christians should not UNITE and voice our values to our goverment's leaders, this would be even more dangerous!

People have 2 motivations for voting. Money and what they believe. Which are you telling me to do, quit voting, or vote for something that I do not believe. I refuse to do either.

Well shoot, I know, why don't you start burning us at the stake while you're at it, too?
The answer to your question is: NO. You cannot separate your faith from your politics, so the only way to accomplish your goal would be to remove all Christians from politics and from voting.
