Read "Deutronomy" in the old testament of the bible. Try to resume your normal activities as soon as possible. Go eat with your friends. It stays in your mind, its always there. You try to forget it, but it comes back. Don't tell anyone that does not know about it, for you might loose friends and they might interpret your action in the wrong way. Don't tell your children, as they are innocent. It is something you live with. You can cover the thought for a while. You might feel a compelling need to tell someone, so, go out and tell God. Sure at first you will feel scared, Then you might get a RUSH, and feel confused on how you feel. In time you come to realize it is your own mind trying to keep you from going crazy and that will explain your RUSH. In time you live with it. Yes, you will feel remorse about the whole thing. Read that book and study it, it might help you. If you killed an animal, just resume your daily activites and try to understand that it had to be, as quickly as you enter your normal activies you will feel better if it is an animal. If you are contemplating killing someone. DON'T. ..unless your life is in jeopardy, don't kill anyone. Use that to decide. IS YOUR LIFE IN JEAPOARDY? if you answer yes, then move away, if you cannot and you are connered, ask for help, and pray, and only as the last option do you use DEADLY FORCE.

Wow what a question, are you speaking from experience?
I hope to go threw this life without ever having to. I am sure doctors and nurses have as well as militarily personnel. With some death is part of their job. It happens to all eventually. If someone ever died in my hands I would probably talk to a professional therapist. I would never intentionally kill anyone.

I was driving alongside another vehicle when a pedestrian ran out and was hit my the other driver. The pedestrian was flung into the air and I will never forget how me looked like a rag doll. He landed with the worst sound I have ever heard. He died on the scene.

I had nightmares about this for weeks, until I went to see a professional about it. Just talking about it helped a great deal but its something I will never forget.

Talk to someone, it helps.

Had to have my pup of 16 years put down. That was brutal enough. It's been 2 years ago. It remains in my mind.
