I want to get bigger, I dont want to be a body builder or anything even close to that. I just want some definition and I want to know the best way to do this without losing any weight. Preferably if you could tell me the best way to get muscles and definition and GAIN weight, that would be perfect.... any routines and/or things to eat would be greatly appreciated

You won't lose much weight from just weightlifting, so focus on that. Generally speaking, for gain in muscle size and strength you should do a higher weight than you'd usually use and do quick, powerful sets of 6-8 reps. If you want to gain muscle tone and definition, do a slightly lower weight and do around 12 controlled and slow reps in a set. Figure out how many calories it takes to keep at an even weight for a little while, then eat a little more than that on workout days and focus on protein intake.
