I am not a cannibal nor a Zombie... but in records... they said that cannibals ate long pork... aka humans... so therefore I'm guessing humans taste a bit like pork... But I still think that humans would have their own sort of taste... not everything tastes like chicken.

I don't know if they still exist, but I have read that cannibals prefer dark skinned people from white people, because they taste better, and also they don't need to add seasonings to the meat (salt+pepper for example).
