Does anyone out there throw in orange liquor and/or sweet and sour?

fill a shaker with ice, add 2 oz. lemon flavored vodka (preferably Ketel citroen or Van Gogh citroen), 0.5 oz. Cointreau, squeeze half a small lemon in it and add a pinch of sugar. Shake as hard as you can for 10 seconds and strain into a martiniglass with a sugar rim.
