Some friends makes mistakes, and yeah she do deserves to be dumped by you...but sometimes the biggest test for friendship is the ability to forgive your best friend...
I say talk to her, tell her she's hurt you bad, and if she's stilll want to be friended with you she better stop doing things that hurting you cause friendship is not supposed to be hurtful...but if in someways she still act like that then leave her...it's her loss anyway..

Forget her she's a loser and if she called you a dumb ***** she's not your friend. You might have been her good girl friend but she's definitely trying to impress a different crowd now. Find yourself a new crowd of friends, and for Petes sake don't call her. When she calls you tell her you were so busy with your new friends you hardly thought about her. Things finally become clear when she's the one looking for an old connection.

I'm in a similar situation with one of my best friends (mary) right now. i've known her for 6 years and we've been good friends for the past 4. last year she started dating this guy (john) and they've been together for almost 2 years, but they fight alot. these last few months, i've noticed she's been really distant with me and most of her other good friends. one of her other friends wrote her a really nasty note basically satying that she'd been being a b**** lately and that she didnt think she wanted to be friends with her anymore... i dont really think thats the best way to deal with this situation, but sometimes its the only way to get peoples attention. I called my friend and i said "look, i know you and john have been having some issues lately (as usual), but thats no reason to treat your friends like sh*t. you've been a really lousy friend to me and apparently you other friends too over th last few months, and i'm not asking you to dump john or anything or to call and talk to me everyday. all i'm asking is that you make a little time for your best friend once in a while... like when u say u'll call me back... call me back."
so basically, i think you need to call and tell her whats buggin u, and if she still continues to treat u this way, move on and make new friends.

sometimes ppl grow apart shes in a different place than before now enjoying newfound freedom, friends whatever. shes on a different pace than u b/c u dont talk so often. friendships grow apart all the time. this maybe one time. just let it go. theres no right for her to curse at u in the presence of the other ppl and laugh about it, thats for a show she basically ridiculed u publicly. its uncalled for. just let it go u will drift apart and let that be it. no need to curse her out too just forget about it and u guys go seperate ways
