like me?i like him, and our eyes lock sometime for like a min, hes always smiling at me, and everytime he passes by he says hello to me, but he never asked me out. should i ask him?does he like me?should i talk to him first?

Well you an talk to him if you like, I think he likes you if he stairs at you for a full min. He might be shy so help him along. Just talk
to him and see what he does. After a few times if he don't ask you out you might say would you like to get together some time. OK If you need more help e mail me or Im me ok

go ahead and talk to him -like say hi and strike a conversation but don't ''ask him out''. leave it to the guys to do so. after you guys start talking and he is still very fond of you,then he will definitely ask you out !so just general talk to him and nothing more-good luck-
