No, I don't think so. Personally I think it's terrible that parents teach religion to their children, and I don't believe that any school kid should have a religion at all, but I don't think banning the clothing is going to help anything. And people would (correctly) accuse the law of targeting minorities, since Christians don't usually wear any religious clothing.

Ha! and who is going to enforce it? The legal system is clogged up as it is. Convicted child abusers are being thrown out of prison to make room for new prisoners.
