Sodium phosphate, glutamate, sodium citratrte, citrate datem. the list goes on and on. In everyhitng there are preservatives, my wife will not let me eat anything that has them in it, I was curious how bad they are for your body.. Please if you could give me an honset answer. lets put it this way, yes they are, but ti what extent no one knows for sure. Decades ago, there were no frozen foods, they did not put all kinds of stuff in the feed to make the cattle grow faster so they can slauter them faster to get the meat in the stores faster, also the rain was even pure, no water spots anywhere, now the air is filled with contaminants from airplane emissions and missiles and from cars and all. So we now live in a different world the food is not pure neither is the water that's why breathing problems have grow to the extent they are at now, even the fish in the oceans and fresh water lakes are full of mercury and other junk. So as the real answer to your question is we have to eat and drink, The choices we make on what to eat and drink should be made with a little more discresion and learning.

it bassically that gives most comercial foods shelf or fridge life. you will allways have a conflict between organicists and healthy people who like to eat good tasting food. its best to eat more natural foods like meat and veggies than food with preserves.

Well ofcaurse. Preservatives are basicaly like chemicals in your food that go in your body.! But if you eat less thats better then eating more of preservitives.!
