I lik this guy in class,and he knows that i like him,what should i do????

im in seveth grade and I like this guy in my class, he is kinda shy, i realy like him.he sits in front of me. i told this kid that sits next to me that i liked him and then he told him, i didnt care if he told him, every1 in the class knows that i like him. even he does. he didnt say anything to me, he smiles at me and looks at me , and laughs when i do something funny. the people that sit next to me are always saying that i should ask him out,they say the same thing to him to but im to scared to talk to him, i realy like him and i dont know if he likes me back or not, this has been going on for about 2 to 3 weeks. on friday there was a dance, everyone was going, but i didnt want to go and nether did he. these kids in my class were talking to him and i could hear them, they said that he should ask me to the dance,and he didnt say anything like "i dont want to go with her" or " no, i dont like her" all he said was "im not going to the dance" what should i do?

Ask him to hang out with you and a group of other people. This will give both of you a chance to talk outside of class, and also other poeple to talk to if things don't go the way you want.

It sounds like he likes u,but u won't know for sure if u never talk to him. If he's so shy, why don't U ask him to the next dance, urself?
