i need some tip to have a flat stomach, most preferably, the fastest way to get one,coz i have a date with someone so special soon:)

The best exercise for every part of your body is swimming. Maybe you can go to your local Y and do laps everyday. You will get firmer all over, not just the tummy

Do you mean sit-ups? Last I checked, push-ups were for your arms.

You need to run or do some sort of anarobic exercise to burn fat away from your tummy.

Then you can add crunches: regular, elbow to opposite knee, lower crunches (with knees bent, crunch them up to your chest) and bicycles and leg lifts...

There is no quick fix, to getting what people like to call a "flat tummy". It takes time. If he agreed to go on a date with you, then you can bet that he already likes the way you look.

push-ups won't get your stomach flat as well as curl ups will

try doing regular curl ups then putting one leg up in the air, then the other one, then both. then bend your knees (your thighs should be straight up and your lower legs should be parallel to the floor) and do ugh what are they called...where you go left and right doing curl ups. then move your left leg out so its at an angle to the floor kinda like / except lower and do a curl up to the left and then do it with your right leg. those are really good curl ups

also theres one where you lie on your back and move your legs about a couple inches from the floor and then as far toward your head as you can.. those really work your legs
also it helps to hold on to something while you do the workout above

I'm sure you looked great in your low-rise jeans. You don't need a flat stomach, they are so overrated. You don't weigh that much and I'm sure you'd look amazing in a bikini!

do lower-abs flexion:(may or may not need partner)
1) lie on ur back as partner stand behind u. grab her legs just below the knees n lift ur legs until she can touch ur toes.
2) have ur partner push ur legs away. as she does, tighten ur abs to help stop ur feet from hittin the ground. go back to #1. repeat 10x.

patty-cake sit-up:(may or may not need partner)
1) while u n ur partner lie on ur backs, alternate ur legs so tat ur right ankles r stabilized between each other's leg.
2) pull urself to a sittin position usin ur abs, n touch right hands. return to #1. sit up again--this time reachin left hands. repeat 10x wit both hands.

Push ups buff up your Arms..genius, not your stomach. For the stomach..you have to do either sit-ups or crunches.

Well, I do sit-ups but my own version of kick-boxing helped me. I lost like 3 pounds in two days.

if you cut carbs for a little while it helps to flatten your tummy a little faster, you should also do aerobic exercise along with a whole lot of SIT UPS

Don't you mean situps? pushups won't do anything to your tummy. xP

well one way is to drink a lotta milk :] it works for me.. but not the red cap one.. the blue (reduced fat) is better. it tastes like water but it gets you slim.. other than that, i don't know >__<

Cardio... then once you've lost enough weight do

push ups, sit ups, oposit sit ups and pull ups.
