Important i am going to GYM any problem to my height if i go to GYM

Wish. It's all you've got. You're height is already determine by genetics. Maybe, maybe not......wait and see!!

Make sure you maintain a regular healthy sleep pattern, as the bulk of a persons height is acquired while sleeping. Other than that, short of hormone treatment, there really is little you can do.

ok, don't lift weights... lifting won't help you increase your height at all! Just stick to cardio and pulling up your own body weight. also, don't drink anything with caffeine. eat veggies and drink milk. i hope this helps.

Get enough calcium and vit. D. Most importantly: SLEEP!
Over 90% of all growth is when sleeping.
Also don't lift to much.
