She called me up and was talking for 2 hours about how she feels ugly. And i kept telling her i would go out with her, if it wasn't for a major problem she has and she dennyed the problem. I don't like her any more, so what should i do.

NO is the answer... it is unethical and pitiful to only go out with a person with all the wrong reasons...plus if she really loves you she will make you choose for yourself without pressuring you or making her look so pitiful
When you said you don't like her...you mean because she is a cutter but without that you would still like her?
i will think that you said yes and here is my response...its a tricky situation surely when you are gonna engage to a relationship it should be unconditional...although cutting is bad, you must not tell her that you would go out with her if she keeps on cutting because if ever she did stop, her own integrity shows her desperation towards you and its a bad concept implying that you could make her do things just because you know she likes you.... a person should be liked for who they are
My only solution for this is that just encourage her not to cut herself, or as a responsibility of a FRIEND enforce it but not tell her you will go out with her if she stops cutting...But as a role of a friend just tell her or help her to stop hurting herself and then if she ever changes or not...then its your perception on how would you like your relationship with her to be

You get to decide who you go out with. If she's a cutter and not willing to face up to it, she has bigger problems that you shouldn't have to handle. The next time she wants to talk, tell her that she should find a therapist and talk to that person, and that you wish her the best of luck. But do not keep engaging her in conversation. Don't get sucked into her world. If she depends on you, she won't get the help she really needs.

Yes, she might just need attention, but you are not being true to yourself - if you go out with her because you are afraid she will hurt herself - if you dont!!! She needs to see someone about her problem, you cannot hold yourself responsible if she hurts herself, that is her choice.... Just explain to her that you dont want to go out with her, not because she is ugly etc, but because she just isnt the one for you...something like that..what ever you feel is right to say.
Its a sticky situation and I do feel sorry for you to have to make that decision. I wish you the best of luck.

hard question, but to tell you the truth it could be just what you heading saids but life is a world apart from each person, the best you could do is just to tell her what you feel, dont be mean but let her know that that she is been selfish, thinking of only what she feel, what bout other people that like you, are you going to bored then whit you petty of your seft.

If she really likes you she won't cut anymore. its an attention thing and sometimes its cause of where they are living. Have u ever asked her why she cuts? Mabey you should create a dialog with her and show her that someone does care if she lives or not. other wise just let her cut and kill herself and later you just might feel bad cause you didn't try.

I dont think being a cutter is completely bad. You can do things with that. Think BDSM. I mean you could always tie her up and do things that would get her into the ****.

Then dont go out with her. Tell her you're not interested. If she says she is ugly again, tell her its a turn off. If she believes it.. she'll make you believe it.. So she better stop.
