I have been going out with this guy . we are both really busy but we still try to find time to hang out at school. I am 15, he is 17. i know that is illegal but i still care about him. we are suppose to be going to our upcoming snowcoming dance together, when we are hanging out should i try to make a move and maybe make out with him? Or do you think that would be wrong of me to? I dont want to get into any trouble. :[

Hi Srm, Wait until the dance you both are going to.If things work out,and feels right, give him a lite kiss, and if he kisses you back, enjoy it but don't over do. You could get yourself into trouble.

so this is a toughy...
1) how do your parents feel about it? If it's cool with them there may not be a problem.
2) I don't think there is a law against kissing, but watch your hands.
3) If it's really worth it just wait 2 more years and have all the legal, RESPONSIBLE fun you want. If it probably won't happen in two years, than don't worry about it. I'm 99% positive each of you will meet more people who are just as interesting and worth hanging out with.
4) Don't have sex (given the circumstances)

Kissing is one thing, but if he is smart he will keep his zipper closed. I have heard of several cases that the older guy ends up with sex charges when the young girl gets mad because he is no longer interested.

You may not be the one who gets into trouble. Depending on where you are, dating a minor can be regarded as against the law. But you can still have fun and not get him into a mess, I guess.
