Needle and ink. Simple as that. Of course bear in mind it WILL get infected and it WILL look terrible and you WILL regret it for the rest of your life. If you want a tatoo, knowing it will last you the rest of your life, then it shouldn't be that big a deal to wait until you're an adult.

ink from any pen and a needle, my husband's papaw has 2 tattoos made this way, one name on one side of his arm and another name on the other arm surrounded by a heart, he told us that he just put the ink in there and used the needle to write the name. He was 17yo i believe, he doesn't regret it but those are the only 2 tattoos he has. He said it hurt and it was infected for like 3 years until it finally healed. I wouldn't do it if i were you, however there is an alternative to what you want, why don't you get the fake ones? or draw it! I used to do that I used to use permanent markers to draw tattoos on my arms, I always wanted one but i wanted the right one too. I thought about tattoos when i was maybe 16 or 17yo and it was not until my 28th birthday that I knew what i wanted. Now 2 years later I have the greatest Lily garden tattooed on my back with 16 lilie flowers and some butterflies and other bugs. But see I don't regret it, I love it and I am glad I waited. As you grow your life perspectives grow with you too and change so I would just play with the fake ones for now and I'd wait, don't worry you got lots of years to live!!

Don't get a tattoo till you are 18 you can wait two years. Any Good artist won't tattoo a 16 year old regardless if there is a parent signature. There isn't anyway to do a tattoo good with out a professional tattoo gun and at least a year of apprenticeship. If you really want the tattoo that badly and want it to look good and last with out the ink bleeding into your skin then you need to wait till you are 18. Seriously.

You do not want to attempt to give yourself a homemade tattoo. Not only do they end up looking like sh*t, but you run a huge risk of infection when you begin using non-sterile objects. I'm sure you don't have an autoclave, especially if you are under 16 and without sterile equipment it is just not a good idea. You are just gonna have to wait until you are old enough or until your parents will sign for you. Besides all that you are so young that you will probably end up hating the tattoo later on in life anyway. Wait until you are old enough and know that you truly want this tattoo. My husband is a tattoo artist and he won't tattoo someone under 18, even if they have parental consent.

If you want it done right, wait. It's illegal in most states to tattoo someone under 18. It's a form of statutory rape here. You need to wait. I wanted to be pierced and tattooed starting at age 12. At 16, my mom let me be pierced. It got badly infected (the fault of the shop, not me. I'm not the only one who had a horrible experience with them). At 16, you can't handle the pain or the responsibility. I'm 22 now and I have been pierced 23 times. I have 3 tattoos, one of them took 4 hours. And last week for my birthday, I had a scar done. Wait. Whatever you think is cool now, won't be when you're older. You probably won't listen now and you're going to do something you're going to regret. A friend of mine got her first tattoo when she was 17 and it's the only one she regrets. There's nothing wrong with it, she just hates it. It's not her. She has 21 tattoos. You need to just wait. You have a long time you can do this.

My brother and his friends made a tattoo gun when he was 16. . .they all gave each other tattoos. . . He's now 32 and still trying to get the tats fixed or covered or redone. Wait . . I wanted one really bad at 16, waited until I was 18 and went to a parlor, picked out the one that I wanted and waited another 2 years, just to make sure I really wanted one and this just wasn't a passing fancy.

I got one when I was 18 and really regret it now. If you can't get one until you're sixteen then wait until you're sixteen. What's the big hurry. Sometimes we as people can be impatient and want things right now. This is how poor decisions are made. Please don't get a tattoo this way. You really will regret it. I would suggest not getting one at all. They really aren't attractive. I find that no matter how nice the tattoo is, they always cheapen the look of people just a little. (just my own thought)
