try to have a more postive happy surrounding and enviroment. get a fun hobby and think positive. no matter what. if a bad thought rushes to your head, be STRONG and think about stuff you love and that's happy. this is not wrong, you must have just been through something. or it's a sign to be alert and cautious. follow your heart. listen. listen carefully.

You are having a problem with anxiety and perhaps depression. You should seek help from a counselor or mental health professional. It may be that you need to take medicine to overcome the problem, or maybe it can just be talked out.

as you probably have not known yet, feeling starts from the mind, what ever you thinks, it s manifest in your over all physical and mental state.
be positive, think of happy thoughts, be with your friends, laugh, tell a story just have your mind busy, occupied by happy thoughts

maybe you are paranoid or pessimistic.. its not bad darling, a lot of people think bad thoughts, specially when they dont have something to do.
