How can I amend my federal return from 2005 on-line for FREE???

Any websites and/or instructions would be great.

I used to work at taxact and I think you can do it there for free.

1) Anything for 2005 and prior must be mailed in.

2) All Amends (regardless of year) must be mailed in.

You can download the forms and try it yourself but it can be a bit tricky.

You can't. You'll need to fill out a 1040X form and mail it in.
