We witness flowers grow, babies been formed and our bodies digesting food without us having any knowledge or choice. The entire universe is working around the clock 24/7.
Where is this all coming from. Is an intelligent God person guiding all this work, or has the universe itself evolved to this point?

More than likely the Universe has always existed in some form or another and we have Evolved from it. I am 99.99% sure of that.

God is the creation of all things and the things allowed in this universe is unknown but God has given Satan rule until his final coming back.

God created the material universe and left certain things to nature to guide, and other things he personally directed through Providence. That way, he is not controlling every single act, nor has he left every single act to coincidence or nature.
