aloe verra (the same type of stuff that you use to soothe sunburns/redness) works like a charm. just apply to your face about 2-3 times a day and it should work. it is pretty cheap and it leaves your skin a lot healthier and clearer. Just make sure you wash your face at least once a day or every other day. good luck!

Eat at least one vegetable salad daily. Stay away from candy and chips. Most cereals have alot of sugar. Not good. Take a multivitamin/mineral daily. Drink plenty of water. Use NOXZEMA SKIN CREAM. Spend time with people you know love you and care about you. I say this because sometimes stress can cause acne.

NOTE: I have heard some people say that acne has nothing to do with what people eat. All bodies are not the same. Some people may eat certain things and brake out. Others may not have the same effect. What I've typed above is from my own personal experience.

Drink purified water..10 to 15 8oz a day..I know it sounds like a lot but trust me I've done it! I used to drink a lot of Pepsi and I gave it up to lose weight and I had to increase my water intake to 95oz a day which meant like 15 bottles of water a day! My face was fine but with that water I saw a glow that I never saw before so try it out. Also, ( i know this may sound weird) but if u take a pre-natal vitamin, TIWN LABS makes a great one, it will do soo many wonders for your skin, hair and nails! My mom was on em because they have a good amount of iron, copper, and iodine in them for proper thyroid functioning and she has the best hair skin and nails I"ve seen on a woman who has gone through all the health issues that she has!

you need to have a very good personal hygiene, wash your face everyday , like twice a week with some neutral soap, and don't ever touch your face with your dirty hands. Use some sunscreen with UV protection..... and drink lots of water

All this will help, but acne is sometimes written in the genetic code, meaning you can;t always avoid it.. but you can help it with these measures.

wash your face each morning and night with a neutral soap, moisturize with an oil-free lotion and exfoliate with a soft scrub (like oatmeal and honey) every 3 days.
if its not getting any better go see a dermatologist, i had very bad acne case about 2 years ago and he prescribed me with retin-A pills.

washing ur face too much will irritate it. just wash it before u go to bed and when u wake up in the morning with any face wash... like Spectrojel, for example.. find wat works best with ur skin...personally I think natural mixtures are best for..chemically produced washes often are irritating, again depending on ur skin
