Hi Ryan's girl, I'm a retired pharmacy assistant, what is the name of the medication and the dosage? How far apart did you take them? It depends on the medication and dose if it could cause a problem or not. How do you feel other than being anxious about taking 2 doses? any dizziness? weakness? racing heart? You can email me through this site.

Happens all the time. You should be fine. Continue with your normal dose tomorrow and write it down "DONE" on your calender. Try not to rise out of a sitting position too fast or you may experience dizziness. This will pass. Relax and don't drive for now. The emergency room will do nothing but monitor you for thousands of dollars. Everything will be OK. If you experience chest pain or shortness of breath; these are symptoms that warrant an ER visit. Have a nice weekend.I walk around 80/40 lol and still make urine with no symptoms. Like I tell others, "Treat the patient;not the monitor"

You are over reacting, but I would take my blood pressure again before going to bed, and when you get up in the morning. And maybe even skip your morning pill. But keep checking your blood pressure every four hours. If it dips, then you may need to call the nurse.

If you're not having any ill effects or feeling faint or nauseous by now, you're probably ok and out of the woods.
It's always best with any prescription medication that, when you miss your dose, DO NOT double up...it's better to simply miss a turn and just wait until the next time a dose is due.

Usually, one extra dose won't hurt. If your pharmacy is open, you could call and ask them. Some insurance companies have nurses on call to answer questions. Be careful that you don't get up too quickly and don't move too quickly for the next few hours. If you get dizzy or start feeling bad, dial 911 to be safe.

My husband takes blood pressure medicine and he says that his don't affect him in a bad way if he accidentally takes two.
Just to be on the safe side I do suggest calling your doctors office and voicing your concerns to the on call doctor.

This may sound extreme, but if I were you, I'd stick my finger down my throat and get rid of it.
Your pressure may drop too low if you don't. Or, if that sounds too extreme, call an emergency room and ask for advice.
Good luck, dear.

THIS CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS YOU NEED TO CONTACT THE E.R AND TELL THEM BECAUSE TAKING THAT MANY B.P. PILLS CAN CAUSE YOUR B.P TO BOTTOM OUT AND THEN YOU COULD GO INTO SHOCK OR EVEN A COMA, OR WORSE.........
