i dont no now how to approch her with out sounding strange or any one else hearing me but i cant just ask her to be alone with me ,partly because they might go wooooo!! or if so says no i dont want to be humiliated

Don't worry about anyone else, they're just jealous and wish they could be as cool as you.
Just do it, walk up, bold as you like and say "Hey, I'm going to a party this weekend, wanna come along?"

If a guy I really ,liked was going to ask me out this is how I would like it to happen. Go up to her and just start talking about anything you guys have in common, and then ask her to come with you so you can show her something just have a good excuse to get her away from her friends. Once you guys are alone ask her. Or if the excuse doesn't work then wait untill shes alone, if she likes you she'll try to be alone as much as possible to give you opportunities to ask her out. Eventually she'll be alone and pay attention because you might miss your perfect moment. Good luck! I hope everything works out!

From a girl's perspective, JUST DO IT!! Ask her. She's more likely to agree or at least consider it if you're willing to ask her out in public and not privately. And if you decide you can't do it publicly, do NOT, under any circumstances, ask her out through text message or email. Unless she's desperate or extremely unconventional, she'll say no.

Just go up to her start a conversation make small talk be extremly nice compliment here then tell her how you really feel i hope this goes good for you i did it once Ouch... now the girl hates me lol good luck

We're talking school here? Well, I say if you can't pull her apart from the "crowd" of people, that's one big heck of a school. You need to find a spot alone, or somewhat isolate without people in hearing range.
Something like:
"Hey, how's it going."
"*response*"
"Cool, I was just wondering if maybe you wanted to *insert date here*"

You can try hanging out with her first and find out for sure if she likes you or not.. and then ask her out then
You can also try writing her a note.. but its always better if you ask her face-to-face.. It shows your more brave
