As long as you eat chocolate and buttered popcorn in moderation, I don't think you should feel guilty about it. Just keep up with everyday work out and no need to do it vigorously either!

I know the natural answer seems that you should go run around the block a 1000 times, but maybe you needed that break from your strick diet and excercise.
First off, DON'T worry. You should not feel guilty. You are aware of what you did and as cool as it would be, you can't erase it. And DON'T throw up - because all it does is HURT REALLY BAD!!!
Make yourself a hot up of tea and take that cup to bed with a good magazine or something. Tomorrow morning, you are starting FRESH and there is NO need to dwell on a small fallback.
If you are concerned and want to burn extra calories, consider extended your workouts to a long walk. NOTHING vigorous. Just take a walk to keep the metabolism up.
You will be FINE!!!

Honey, I know exactly how you feel. In fact, I just had a little binge of my own today. It feels so carefree and fun when you're eating it, but when you get that stomachache and your tummy bulges, you regret putting that junk in your mouth. It's pretty hard to "counterbalance" calories eaten by burning calories. A vigorous workout burns about 300 calories or so, which might make up for half of what you ate.
You obviously can't "erase" your binge (unfortunately), but you can vow to eat healthier from now on. You did well by exercising. Just restrict a little more calories the next couple days. You'll see that you're binge wasn't that destructive.

Hey there, don't beat on yourself. No sense in feeling guilty, it's over, past. Just don't do it too often. And there is something you can do. Add a little time to your workout, and drink LOTS, lots and lots of water. That helps to flush it out of your system.
Since you normally workout, and it sounds like you take good care of yourself, a body can handle a devil food splurge once in a while.
Good Luck, you had fun - - think about the good part.
Now go drink that water.

If you feel gross and guilty, and like you aren't entitled to a bit of pleasure in special circumstances, you may be developing an unhealthy attitude toward food. Try to look at the big picture, which includes giving yourself a reasonable treat now and then as a reward for keeping yourself fit over the long haul.

You can make up for it by realizing that you didn't do anything wrong. You had a little lapse in your diet. That's all. It's OK. In fact, you need to do it every once in a while. So what if your diet takes an extra 2 weeks to get to your weight goal. Don't beat yourself up. As a matter of fact, the next time you go to the theater with your little brother, do the same thing.

I know it's hard because everytime you eat something you think, OMG I have to workout an entire hour on the eliptical machine to get that off....but these things are going to happen. Just drink lots of water and continue to workout and watch what you eat.

Every once in a while you need to have a treat so you don't feel deprived, to prevent future binges. So forget about what you ate, and focus on the quality family time. Oh, and you can flush it out with lots of water with lemon in it.

Its too "mini" to have any effect. You dont have to do anything. Just get back on track immediately and thats it! (Even a bigger binge is no big deal as long as it is just ONE.)

nope, nothing you can do now. just keep up the exercise (maybe start tomorrow). by then you won't be feeling guilty. plus it's all worth it cuz you had fun!
