i need to lose about 35 ibs to look great in a bikini this summer ive tried diets and exercise and it just isnt working any advice

OK, here's the deal. If you have 35 pounds to lose, then you must be focused primarily on losing bodyfat. To lose bodyfat, you've got to increase the amount of cardiovascular exercise you're getting. Along the same lines, you need to be smart about how often you exercise - since you've already tried exercise in the past and evidently not had the results you expected, perhaps you were over doing it. Exercise can stress the central nervous system, so if you over do it, quite often your body will hold on to what it's got instead of co-operating with your goal of dropping fat. So, I'd like for you to try this: exercise no more than 4 times a week, but increase the intensity of your exercise sessions. You need to get your heart rate crankin' - send your body a message that you mean business. In terms of your diet, regard sugar as the #1 enemy. Radically cutting your sugar intake alone will help kickstart any fat loss program. With persistence and focus, you'll be well on your way to looking hot this summer. Good luck! -- ANDREW

I'll just repeat what you may have heard before.

Try not to get bumbed about 1/2 to 1 lb/week weight loss. That is a good goal. So what if you miss THIS summer, how about the next???

Many people including me like to over do the excercise and then get bumbed or wornout and stop. So try to walk a mile a day .. and if that is too far, walk what you can and work up.

ps. I remember a well meaning chump say .. all you have to do is walk only 5 miles a day .. what he did not know is that for the previous month I had struggled to get to 1 mile a day. When I started it was almost impossible to get to 1/2 mile. I have an ankle which I hope continues to improve and I was really out of shape.

I just started a new program this past Wednesday. Have you heard of the pill "Fahrenheit"??? That's what I've been taking. And, I just weighed myself today and measured my bust, waist, hips, thigh, calf and arm, and so far (within 2 days) I've lost 4 inches! I feel great. Last time I weighed myself was on Wednesday when I started it and I weighed 145 pounds. I don't have a scale right now, so I don't know how much weight I have lost. The people and Modulators will help you with ANY questions and all that you have. I want to be down to around 115-120 pounds by the end of April, so hopefully I will get there. Trying to loose weight because of bikini season is outside of reality. I frequent the beach in the summer and I've seen LARGE women look good in bikinis. It's all about how you carry yourself.

Depending on your current weight, loosing 35 lbs won't do anything or will make you look unhealthily skinny. (And it's an L, not an I in lbs.)

I usually chase after the normal girl rather than the ultra skinny girl because (in many cases) the way somebody looks relates to their personality: if they are really skinny, they tend to have to work to maintain that size. I've actually heard one girl say to another "Look, *****, this (waving at herself) doesn't just happen." The type of personality that this tells me she has is someone who more likely cares about her looks more than other things, including maintaining a healthy relationship.

Normal sized girls, and even those who are on the heavy side, on the other hand, tend to be more reasonable in their attitudes on looks. (This is a generalization. I'm not say 'all skinny girls...' or 'all larger girls...')

As a guy, i am going to genuinely say that you seem fantastic. Many adult adult males choose your body kind over short, stocky, large-breasted ladies. So it is all about own selection. From what i am going to inform you seem very good. Plus you're only 14, your boobs nonetheless have time to augment.

Sorry, that's waay to extreme unless u get lipo. don't get lipo though. It kills ur stomach and makes the fat cells expand after a few months. and it makes ur stomach wavy.


BE URSELF!!!! (or wear a non-bikini article of swimwear).

I don't mean to come across rude. I'm sorry.

u gotta just keeping exercising. and keep course on 1 healthy diet. don't jump around.
