Most people have reached their full height by 21, but not all. No, there's nothing you can take, eat, or do to promote growth. It's genetics and your nutrition and health during the years you're growing.

There's a medical procedure where they break your legs and let them heal to be longer than before; but that **** seems painful.

Uh, why do you NEED to be 3 inches taller?

Growth is all genetics. Unless your parents sprouted up in their mid 20s, you're most likely stuck at that height.

Probably not - when you are done growing, your bones fuse at the joints.

Your bones would literally have to be broken to make you grow. Furthermore, 3 inches is a LOT at age 21.

You can see an endocrinologist, but I wouldn't hold out a lot of hope. Sorry.

Females stop growing by around 15 I think. Many males keep growing til they are 24. After that, you're plain outta luck.
