If you need any type of security clearance and you don't disclose your minor record, you won't be a Marine much longer. They will find out about your record and no, it's not sealed or wiped clean when you turn 18. From the general public it is but not from NCIS or FBI who will be doing the background check.

deepends on what the felony was for. Not all of them can be waived. and you being a jeuvenile has no bearing.. no such thing as a sealed record to the military. they WILL find out about it, and if you lie to them, you will be given a fraudulent enlistment diuscharge and will never be allowed to jointhe military again.

I guess so.
Now I'm telling you a story, I watch this on TV. There was a college student and visit recruiter office for Army. He told them, he want to joined the Army, but he has some drug problems, they told him, no problem....
They need every single person, like a soldier. Just try...

Your juvenile records are sealed at age 18, there should be no problem with your joining the USMC, Semper-Fi and best of luck in your military life. Best suggestion is talk this over with a USMC recruiter.

No - they go thru your entire record as a juvenile, it's called a background check. They're very thorough. Sorry - but you can always strive to do something meaningful in the civilian world.

Yes you can. everybody deserves a second chance. The shame of this all is that some people don't want to admit that they ever made a mistake

Yes. You were a minor and your record will be wiped clean provided you do not get into any more felonous activity. Good Luck!
