I will take a benadryl and it is almost two. Thank You for being so nice. I liked my regular Doctors someone else interfered-but they let it happen! I already have a new doctor and he was nice but i did not sleep at all the night before and never had any kind of panic attact until last experience. Now i can be happy and it happens all at once. So it scares me. I talked to some people. I am glad that you are nice and i have family that are nurses and i really did feel comfortable with those other two doctors. Maybe i should send them a rose or two and tell them i am so sorry that i made them feel that i was a BAD patient. I will do the best i can to stay well and that i hope they learn how to Harm None. Thank You once again for your kindness and anyone else who answers my question. It makes you really sad to lose any doctor that you learn to trust. Now This!

Tina i am so sorry for your bad experience when you were having your baby. I will think about you and be able to deal with this. I don't want to complain i just want to be able to get over this maybe the Maybe a phychiaty(sp)doctor can help me to get over this. Maybe my medicine will help maybe i will have to learn how to meditate.

Why not have someone go with you, a girlfriend, boyfriend, parent, sister, sisterinlaw, brother etc?
Some doctors just don't have good bedside manners. Try to think of "what am I afraid of?" see you hire the doctor, the doctor is actually paid by you to do his job, that's how I see it, so if I don't like the "job" my dr does I fire him. I did exactly that I fired my last gyno doc, she told me there were no options but surgery for me and was rude and pushy when I told her I would think about it, she actually went and set the surgery up for a hysterectomy without my permission, I was mad and anxious at the same time because when I called to discuss it she would not, and not only that she would not cancel the surgery so if I didn't show up I would be billed! I was so upset with her. I finally talked to another friend and on the weekend before surgery I called the hospital to cancel it, they said the doctor had to cancel it I could not and I told them that I was the patient and I was not going to pay for it so they better cancel it before I called my attorney then I went to her office and posted a HUGE sign on the door couldn't miss it, that I cancelled the surgery and that she was FIRED. Her office called me about 10 times and then she had some other surgeon call me. I went to another gyno, who is the nicest person, she told me there were tons of other options and was so shocked by the other drs behavior. I thought to myself her behavior was unacceptable and really I was paying her to do a job, so I could fire her. It helped me to think that way and not get panicked or stressed over it.

the nightmares never go away. Once you have nightmares you always want to go back. It's like a free horror movie. Your mind has unlocked the world of the unknown. You can never shut off your minds curiosity. Praying to God about a dream with further warp your subconscious and you will bring religious demons into your dreams. You may even end up seeing mythical creatures like Medusa Just leave it alone, it's nothing. And dream interpretation is as much as a joke as fortune telling. Be more concerned about what you do in life during the day. Do good in life and try to be an achiever. Your dreams are nothing but free entertainment.

medical doctors are not the best source of help for panic attacks/agorophobia which is what it sounds like you have, and you may have some hypochondria as well, I don't know for sure...you need to make an appointment with a psychiatrist and also find a specialist in panic attacks/anxiety disorders...meds and therapy can help...good luck!
for the short term, consider, having your primary care put you on some sleep medication...additionally, the dr. who yelled at you, don't go back to, find, ask for another doctor, bring a 'safe' person with you to the appointments, a friend, relative, someone you are comfortable with...let them drive you and acccompany you...this way you will be sure to get to your appointments...good luck!

Go get some professional help for this problem. Or try to find a doctor that you feel comfortable with.

I would so take a benadryl.
You seem nice, I'll try to be nice. Seriously, benadryl, but not before you drive.
