I heard that it can really hurt you. Is this true? I heard it messes with the electrolytes.

what idiot told you tht. it actually helps to qwell ya hang over. drink one of those 32 oz bottle before bed after a good night of drinking and your hang over wont be as bad. alcohol take away water gatorade puts it back. no dehydrated brain so not tht bad of a hang over

You won't get alcohol poisoning from mixing Gatorade and alcohol if it did then you would hear about a lot of deaths from it. It will actually rehydrate you while drinking I'm doing it now

Alcohol dehydrates you by itself and that messes up your electrolytes. Why are you so concerned about your electrolytes if you are going to drink alcohol anyway? It is the alcohol that messes you up not the Gatorade.

Gatorade is absorbed 14 times faster than water. Mix in alcohol and you have a potentially lethal combo--alcohol poisoning.

mandarin gatorade and gray gooose with a splash of cherry juice tasted ok, it sounds girly but gives a decent buzz.

Well I don't know about that, but what a waste of alcohol! Reminds me of my friend who ran out of orange juice, so she mixed her vodka with orange flavoured metamucil and liked it so much she kept doing it, just for fun. blech-it was awful

Nope but I did hear something about alcohol being bad for your liver and just bad in general...........hrmmmm I wonder.
